  • We offer a lockout unit included in our prices which ads flexibility to your unit.  This not only makes it better to rent but also better for you when you use your unit. The lockout allows you to use only what you need while renting the rest.

Occupancy rate & room rates of hotels with just a swimming pool are much lower compared to hotels with a waterpark.  The below link discusses the demographics attracted by features such as Kiddie Pools, Activity pools, Water Slides, Whirlpools & Game Rooms and  discusses the rates and occupancy often  over 25% higher occupancy and $60 higher room rate.
