Bimini Bay Resort and Spa is built by our premier Florida builder, Island Club Resort Development (ICRD.) ICRD has constructed many condominium units over the years. The Principal of the company, David Meadows, has been doing business in the Central Florida area for almost 40 years. Beginning in the building business back in 1968, David Meadows has done many projects consisting of single family home subdivisions, office buildings, shopping centers, and of course town homes and condominiums. Mr. Meadows experience involves constructing the following:

• 21 subdivisions consisting of 2617 single family homes and lots
• 11 office buildings in the Orlando area totaling 302,000 square feet of rental space
• 4 shopping centers in the Orlando area consisting of 324,000 square feet of space
• 5 condominium projects in the Kissimmee area consisting of 1024 units
• 3 vacation town home projects near Disney World totaling 839 units
